   I checked out this book and read it cuz I like entering these contests, the lolita one was really the first and only one I did haha … I just don’t hear about anybody doing book cover illustration contests.
   However~ this story didn’t appeal to me. It was depressing… long… I don’t even remember if I finished it… I think I did…. Plus, knowing that the judges’ aesthetic leans towards the minimalistic, I really couldn’t see how I would sum up such a huge book with a simple illustration. THAT being said, I can’t wait to see what other people come up with. Also can’t wait for the next book you choose. *ahem*storyoftheeye*coughcough* Hopefully it’ll be one I like/connect with more so I can enter again. =D
